What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?

Your brand new apartment home is thoroughly inspected and cleaned. Maintenance checklist items including plumbing HVAC and electrical are also completed to ensure efficacy.

Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

No you do not have to be present. You can give permission to enter for each service request.

Do you have on-site maintenance?

Yes 24 hr. On-site Maintenance Response Team.

An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

You can submit maintenance request through your online resident portal account, call our office, email our team, or stop by in person during business hours.

What happens if I am locked out?

Call 24 hr. maintenance line or submit online service request. Provide Valid ID to verify residency for reentry to your home.

Is parking available?

Yes covered and detached garage parking is available for rent.

What amenities does the property offer?

24 hr. Clubhouse with a kitchen, Rooftop deck , 24 hr. Fitness Center, Pool and Spa, BBQ Gazebo, Game Lawn, Speakeasy, Business Center, Rentable Micro offices, Pet Park, Package Room. Amenities that are not 24 hrs., are available from 9:00am - 11:00pm

What appliances are standard?

Washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas range, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal and wine bars in select homes

Do you offer furnished apartments?

We do not offer furnished apartments at this time. However, we are partnered with CORT Furniture for furniture rental needs

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Applications can be approved within 24 hours in most cases, depending on how quickly the proof of income and holding fee are submitted

What are my options for paying my rent?

You can pay online through your resident portal account, or in person via cashiers check and personal checks

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes, renter's insurance is required

Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?

Cox Communications, Century link

If my situation changes can I get out of my lease?

You can terminate your lease early by providing a 30 day notice, satisfy concession charge back, and lease but out fee

How do I set up my utilities?

Contact NV Energy for electric, your renter's insurance provider, and the internet or cable provider of choice

Which utilities are included in my rent?

No utilities are included in your rent.

Is there public transportation within close proximity of the buildings?

RTC Bus Route is located at Southern Highlands Pkwy. and Dean Martin Drive

Which school district are you in?

Clark County School District

How do I get to your community?

I-15 exit Southern Highlands Pkwy. North- Right on Robert Trent Jones Lane. We are on the right just before the Cul-de-sac
